This section includes both and Annual Report Checklist and blank forms to be completed by your council. These reports allow us to capture a unique view of the dedication, enthusiasm and love of the League displayed by our members throughout the diocese. |

This is the letterhead that we use for Diocesan business. It is in Microsoft Word format. Please use this letterhead for your official letter writing; however, you should add your parish council name, address and phone number. |

| Policy and Procedures Manual |
A collection of policies and procedures approved, and currently in effect, in all four regions of the Hamilton Diocese CWL. It is intended as a convenient reference for all local council presidents. Although the Diocesan Executive updates this site on a regular basis, it is impossible to ensure complete accuracy at all times. In the event of any discrepancies between the policy documents formally passed by the four regions and this web version, the printed version is still the governing one. |
